lazyness

Rather lazy day today. Nothing much accomplished at all. Few odds and ends around the place but thats about it. Was going to go out bra shopping but never made it. I even ended up dozing on the couch for like half an hour and its sunday!! damn. ahh well must have been tired from the nothingness ive been doing lol. hope i sleep tonight. sucky monday tommrow!!
so yeh nothing exciting to report really...

bits and pieces

Last night I had fun chatting with Heather online...followed by an early night for a friday!
Didnt really sleep too good and was awake at 5am!! dozed till bout 8.30 where got up.
The bois went out to get supplies for the new fish tank. their plan today was to build a wooden cabniet around the metal frame that we have. After a lot of time farting around it was decided we had to go to the hutt to mitre ten mega which was good as we needed to go to the fish shop out there too. By that time it was something like 1.30pm on the way home got a very late late lunch burger fuel got home at 3.30. the bois have just started now i can here the drill and saw going. HOpe that no fingers go missing or they dont glue themselves to the wood lol.
Right now i am soooo full from our late lunch snack that i feel like sleeping.
I should do some more cross stitch i was doing some earlier before we went out. for now ill curl up in a ball on the couch and watch some mindless tele and no doubt prob snooze.

Changes

Yeh i know im slack at my posts, nothing much to report i guess.
Work is getting interesting, lets say there is going to be some change happening, will let ya know at a later date whats happening/ed.
I havent done my cross stitch for a while due to some unpicking i had to do damnit i was doing so well too lol. ahh well nothing to get stressed about!
Other then that yay it friday, and home made burgers for dinner wooohoo.

Well most of today was spent keeping warm!! So cold today. Loving the laptop at the mo though nice and warm.
Done a lil cross-stitch and watched the illusionist was pretty good. umm and cleanned my fish tank as usual.
Tonight it it roast chicken yummy.
Right now im feeling like a drink of coke..ewww bad lol

Fish things (again) & theatre...BLING

Hey all...

Well Scott got his new fish tank this week. It looks so much better then the one on trademe. He cant fill it up with water until next weekend as have to wait a bit for the glue to dry. Below is a pic of it. YOu will get the idea what i ment by needing holes and what not on it.


Work was busy as usual this week. I enjoy home time these days and the weekends big time so I can have a sleep in! I still hate 6am starts im sooo not a morn person.

I had a good night last night catching up with a friend. We went to watch a theatre show which was done by some students at the theatre school. It was called 'Revenge of the amazon' Was quite good and bloody funny. They sorta talked in shakesparen mixed with a bit of language used today. Was all about love, relationships,and women how they can get treated badley but all turned into something humourous. Really good. I dont mind live theatre never thought id ever go to any but thats prob been my third i think.

Today the same friend and i went shopping. She had to return a bra she got from farmers as she realised it was the wrong size. We mainly window shopped. I did buy a cool funky bling butterfly ring hehe and a bling acssesory for my phone :P Ive taken photos which i may post up at a later date. We also had lunch. I had a nice bacon and avocado panni and choc chip cookie complimented with a yummy mango slushy kinda drink.
She then came to chill out for a bit with us at home. Before you know it, it was 5pm. Took her home and got the evil kfc on the way home damnit for forgetting to get dinner out of freezer again!
So thats my weekend so far. Appart from been bloody cold its good.

Fish update

Hey

Well update on fishy thing. Seems all I write bout in here is fish these days lol. Well the tank that Scott got from trademe is going to be more effort then its worth to set up ie: getting holes put in it etc for the sump. So instead he found a professional tank maker who makes tank at the cost of $1 a litre which is pretty good. So He awaits his NEW tank which comes with holes and the proper fittings and all early this week yay. His other tank he is going to use as a refuge which will grow live food for our fishes.
Well this weekend went fast as usual. Did sweet FA really and felt tired for doing so lol.
Below are pics of me with the tank scott got from trademe. His new tank will be about that size too. This house may as well be called the 'wellington aquarium' by the time we finished lol.

Coral & poor fishes

Today started off really nice weather wise and now its bloody cold and we gotta go out soon :(

We got some new coral for the new tank which is living in mine at the mo.we went for a drive last night and got it from some guy who had bought way too much for his tank. Our lil dragonet fish had a good munch on live really lil shrimp all day monday. we got this small breeding tank thing that attaches to the tank so he stays in it himself and we try make him eat. Since found out the other new camoflage fish is looking a bit dull too and it doesnt acutally eat the algey like we thought but live stuff. So we are learning things as we go along. Tonight we were ment to catch them to take them to another guys place so he can look after them and his tank has lil live things in it for them to eat. ours has no more as they both of course ate them. Since learnt do not have too dragonet fishes (camo is actually one too). So yeh fishes are a lot of work in some respect. but i still love them.!!

I have damn hayfever right now, well lately. yet i seem to manage without anything.
Have got into my cross stitch too. Even went to bunnings on monday and got myself a cool lamp. Scott says i look like a nana with my glasses on and bright lamp hanging down real low to see lol. I think i am doing pretty good and i fully remembered what to do yay.

Well im gonna have a shower to get warm and wake myself up before we go. then its home and quick dinner, prob meat patties which turn into burgers or something havent decided yet.

Yeh I know...Slack

Yeh ok I know I have been slack. Guess hasn't been that much to report.

Hrmm well. Last weekend I had friends over for a dvd night. I hadnt seen one of them in like 7years!! It was good. Watched John Tucker must die. A comedy about a guy who was seeing like 3 girls at once and they found out so decided to make his life hell. We had Nacho Libre which Scott and I watched the next day. It wasnt that great. I actually fell asleep during it lol.

During the week Ive had work as usual. Its busy as with 3 new babies starting basically the same time. Proving quite a challenge. Especially with one boy who has never slept in a cot before as mummy and daddy put him in a pram in the day to rock him and then at night in his bed. Man that is sooo wrong. They did it as they didnt like to hear him cry. I mean wheres the intimacy and own time they get in bed?? They know they've done wrong and have tried to start him in his own cot.!!!!

Scott bought a fish tank on trademe which we picked up from Porirua on Tuesday. It holds 400L double mine. He wants it for a project to do which will look awesome set up. Since we have had practice with the one we got now we sorta know how to make it look better and ways around things etc. Trademe is good but evil lol. I got a handbag and top from it too. Im still waiting for them in the mail which prob wont be till Tuesday after the long weekend.

We have had problems with our lil Dragonet Fish not eating :( When Scott researched he found they die easily. But when talking to the guy at the fish shop he said that was only in America. He since found out that he prob will die. He eats live stuff you see and our stuff is frozen. Apparently he will eat it but we have tried to make a lil food trap for him to go into and eat. Problem is he not that intersted in going in it, totally avoids it. Ahh well we will keep trying. Fingers crossed he doesnt die as he is really cool.

Today we had lots to do. Scott wanted to price up wood to build a cabniet for the new tank to go on. Its not possible we found out for what he wants and it will totally lean or slack hard out with the heavy weight on top. so for now we got two massive planks of wood for it to sit on and later Scott will prob build around a steel frame we have to make cupboards etc, make it look cool. We also went to the fish shop yet again to start getting supplies for the new tank. I also am thinking bout getting a lil one so I can have seahorses hehe. My gosh soon our house will be full with sea creatures lol. Its fun though. A good hobbie which I never get sick of looking at. Cleanning the tank can be a drag sometime but ahh well would be the same as having to take a dog for a walk or something.

I also checked out spotlight. And finally got a couple of cross-stitches. Now I just need to sit down and remember how to do it lol.i One is a tiger which will look really really cool. Another I may give as a pressie its just a cool bear thing. Oh and we saw Pinatas at spotlight too that you can acutally buy and full up with sweets lol. HOw cool huh. Im thinking it would be cool to have a pinata party lol. At first I thought you could buy a kit to make them yaself but ya cant. Was so tempted to get one as had 50% off.

Once we got home today it ended up been later then we thought so it was kfc for lunch damnit lol. I then fully did my cleanning hard out and also my tank.
Oh and this morn I made Strawberry Margarita slushy and put it in the freezer. HOpefully in couple more hours it be ready mmmm. Having a mate come over later to catch up so prob have a couple with her and watch a movie or something.

So there is my update anyways. Nothing too much really.

New Family Members

PHOTOTS OF NEW AND OLD FISHES ABOVE YAY!
Thought it was about time i do an entry. Work has been so busy and hectic this week. Plus the last few days i have had a headache to die for that i couldnt seem to get rid of. it was even making me feel sick. i also got sent home from work yesterday cause of it. today i am feeling much better though dont feel like doing a hell of alot still.

Anyway we got some new fishes this week. Scott ordered them as was home from work still (goes back next week) he was going to suprise me but couldnt wait to tell me he had ordered them and that they would be here the next day.
One is a mandirin dragonet fish and a scooter blenny. They are cool. though we are worried bout the dragonet fish as apparently he dont eat what we give. in the ocean he survives on the plankton type things. so hpe he will be ok and not die as we have just found out could happen :(
we named the dragonet fish 'acid' as hes like so bright like as if you were tripping on acid or something lol. and the blenny is called 'kamo' short for camoflage but yeh spelt with a K hehe.

This avo caught up with a friend. we all went out to porirua to get me some new slippers and got some lunch. took it home and showed her new fishes and scotts new bike since she loves them. was a good avo, where i actually felt ok for a bit :)

Another weekend gone...

Another weekend of not doing so much. It has been great though. Yesterday I went nuts and totally cleanned the place. Was going to do the oven and fridge but couldnt be assed plus I needed to go and get more clothes and cleanning stuff for that.!
Bloody nice as day yesterday. I enjoyed sitting in the sun that was streaming in our lounge and bedroom. Could have amost fell asleep but didnt.

Last night I finally watched Team America World Police, was long overdue lol. It was ok there were some bits I didnt really find funny. I then watched Epic movie with Scott. Its a movie kinda of like scarey movie which I totally am not into. This one however I enjoyed much more then the scarey movie ones, I actually laughed in places lol. Especially the bit where the guy was imitating Johnny Depp from pirates of the carribiean. He was called jack swallows instead of jack sparrows lol.
Ended up watching some adult cartoons in bed last night, followed by some great 'cuddles, wink wink' followed by a bloody great sleep ahh bliss :P ;) hehe

Today I have enjoyed the sun yet again but it has since just clouded over a bit :(
I totally cleanned out my fishes home once again. We have decided my two clown fish are sneaky and mischivous like me apparently and the shrimp is a lazy butt like scott lol.
I tried to take some photos of our mushrooms and shit to show but didnt really turn out so i may ask james to on his big ass camera. Hope to get more fishes soon too:)

Oh and im kinda addicted to bebo at the mo hehe.
i joined so i could see photos of that lil boi with the lump and stuff and ended up pimping my one out cool and adding some photos of me. kinda cool seeing people that i havent seen in a bit, all their photos and stuff:) apparently the lil boi"(hes like 1 and a half years i think) saw a photo of me he went nuts lol. i was like aww when his mum told me that, he hasnt forgotton who i am :)

Anyway thats me, must go and really do some teacher reg stuff then maybe ill read a book or something...

Well not much as happend as usual. I did get in touch with the mum of that lil boy at my old work who had that lump?? well she said no surgery yet as apparently it has gone smaller and not bigger so the doc wants to see what happens like if it will completely go before they decide to go that step further. So thats a good thing to hear. Im now in the process of trying to figure out bebo so i can see some photos that she has put up of him and vid clips , cant wait hes so cute!

Tommorw my old school mate is ment to be flying out to Aussie (melbourne) . She has had enough of the place and wants to back pack around aussie since she has not seen much of it before venturing back off to london. Well she was ment to be seeing us tonight. but as usual(shes a bit slack hehe) have heard nothing which is a shame if i dont get to see her as i think her flight if i remember was early morn. Will be so gutted cause i didnt take photos of her like i planned to when i saw her bout a month back :(

Tonight is a slab up not very good dinner, sausage rolls lol. Since i thought i may see my friend.
Cant wait to the end of the week as so far it has been mad. have had kiddies that have had temps and ear infections, are grumpy and all that. driven me nuts a bit lol.
Totally exhausted as usual, and this weekend i should catch up with a couple of friends, but like to be honest ive been too tired lately to even want to do anything which sucks.

nothing much

Havent written in a bit i guess cause nothing much has happened. Just the usual work, sleep, work, sleep! The last two nights i have been sooo tired. Thurs night was out like a light didnt even hear scott come to bed. Last night i even fell asleep through james guitar playing and loud music and semi woke up when scott came to bed.
Scott shoulder still fuked hes off for another 2 weeks by the looks which hes not impressed by hes getting very frustrated he cant do anything!!!
Today we are going to the Hutt just to look around, grab a bite to eat and get some more salt for the fishes.
well i guess i should go and have a shower and get dressed it is 11am already!!!

Yesterdays maddness

Well yesterday started off a bit of a nightmare. I started my car which took a bit to warm up then it usually does so i was like hrmm. Then i noticed the battery light stayed on. I reved it a bit to see if it would go off..nope.
Scott and James were on their way to the Naki to get a new bike to bring back so i had to ring them on mobile to see what it was. James rung his work up to say id be coming down. Bad news its my alternater. They said i would definately not be able to go to Palmy as id crap out somewhere. Damn i was like great no baby shower for me which ive half organised.

Got home rung Bronnie to tell her the bad news. She rung back saying they would come and pick me up and take me to Palmy. Man that was so nice of them. I got to see her cute bub too. We got there five mins late but that was ok. I just whipped up my food and we put out what we already had done. Then we got started. I had bit of a headache which sucked though made me feel blah but i got through. I think it was just prob from stressing bout my car and how to get up then actually rushing around, getting hot in the car etc.
But yeh it was a good avo funny as. It is defin hard to suck water out of a lil $2 shop bottle. A baby would starve big time if they had to do it. I was pissing myself laughing too much at Staceys mum doing it that i couldnt do mine to begin with lol.
I won a prize with bronnies game guessing what pressies stacey got as i was first to get a line.
Bronnies baby was cute getting all excited about the balloons, Bec's baby was so cute after his feed he looked so drunk lol. so totally forgot about photos though which was a bummer!

Was a good avo. I was lucky to get back to Wellington as Scott and James came through Palmy to get me. I had to help get the bike off the trailor as well as a neighbour was very hard too ages wasnt easy as his bike like weighs over 200kg!!
We finished the day with Hells pizza for dinner where we all passed out and slept well.
This morning I took my car down to James's work so i could get a car to borrow until mine is fixed. plus we needed to get battery charger for scotts bike as last night we turned it on so it was out of gear to get off a bit better and i think we drained battery cause of the lights been on etc.

Right today i should really do some teacher reg stuff, at the mo i cant be bothered, hrmm think i need some food first!

Yay for friday

I just had a good catch up on Heathers blog so much to read hehe. I done the tests she had. for my fine I got $280 lol....and i am 'Spongebob' wooohooo hehe.
Anyways yay for friday. Im sooo shattered. I went to pick up Scott after work from the bike shop where he was getting a new helmet and jacket so that was pretty cool. that bit sorted now he just needs to get the bike tommrow:)
Well i am going to organise some stuff tonight and do some baking as it is Stacey's baby shower tommrow! It should be heaps and heaps of fun :) Then i will relax and have an early night as i will get woken up really really early as the bois plan to leave at 7am to go to taranaki!!!

~~Feeling headachy today. damn had headache for two days :(
~~Mid week day off is ok but ewww go back to work thurs where it will totally feel like a monday or something like that because of it.

~~Scott heard from insurance yesterday they giving him $13.5 instead of the $12 they stated first where scott said to them 'whatever' as its worth at least $15. guy at bike shop chatted to insurance pushing for $15 but they met half way which is still good. He has found a bike he wants too. Only prob its in Taranaki. HIm and James plan to make a road trip in the weekend to pick it up on a trailor.

relaxing weekend

~~relaxing weekend and a bit broke :( got all my cleanning done friday yay. had to get up early morn sat to get my warrent done. so was at james's work at 8am :S very very cold so got a starbucks coffee mmm.
~~cleanned my fishes home which they love. must take photos of the mushrooms n stuff we have sometime. ended up having an avo nap since got up so early and cause a mate was coming to watch a movie.
Mate posponed :( but will catch up tues night since its a day off on wed :)
~~today chilled again. scott and I watched the previews on sky box office. some looked cool so we went to the vid shop and joined up and got couple of dvds which we have for three days.
one is called monster house which we watched. its an animated movie quite cool. the other is the ant bully another animated one. we are going to watch that later on with dinner.
yum dinner tonight is roast chicken :)
poo for mondays tommrow:( ahh well at least its a short week. scott goes back to work tommorw hope hes not too sore as he has been this weekend especially today.

well nothing much this end anyway.

~~felt crap yesterday due to sinus hoped it wasnt a cold coming on ended up taking sudafed to sleep better and put vics on me. woke up this morn feeling so much better and even during the day was ok. only sneezing a lil now but gosh at least i can breathe through my nose!! *fingers crossed it dont come back or i get a cold*

~~went to the bike shop in central yesterday where scotts munted bike is. he wanted to get off his radar stand thingee and frame for where his packrack went since he payed for them both and he reckoned he could sell them for a good price. the stand alone for radar is worth $300!!
So we ended up chatting to a dude who works there (i think owns the palce) who has happend to brake both collar bones he showed us one side how it sticks out now eww all boney.
we had a perve at some bikes. man there are some nice ones there. im in luv with Harleys. i said to scott i wonder if they hire people to shine the bikes and the crome on them and stuff cause far out i soooo would lol!!!
~~Heather did you try out any of those suggestions for the kids art etc? Ill try let ya know more if i can think of any if you ever get stuck in the future.

Day at home

Stayed home from work today to make sure I was all better. Glad I did actually as all today I felt totally shattered like I had no energy or sleep. I still felt a lil blah but managed to eat a bit of food.
Kept up fluids lots and just lazed around at home.
Took Scott to the doctors to see if he could go back to work end of the week. Hes got till next Monday off as some days its still quite stiff and sore and he cant type with two hands as yet.
He got hold of the bike shop today. They reckon its at least $15,000 worth of damage. We were like HOLY!!! So it will prob be a right off and the insurance company should have it sorted by end of the week.
Well work tommrow hope I have the energy back and that it is a nice day.

Damn bugs

I couldnt eat all my dinner last night. My tummy was feeling all tight and sore. Just managed to get into bed as it felt like i need to throw up. Got in bed didnt even get to sleep and had to run to the bathroom. At first i got so disorientated cause i got up so fast in the dark and ran towards the door. i ended up smashing into the wardrobe lol. Made it to the loo big spew. got back in bed felt a bit better then need to go the other end grrr. damn bug. Scott thinks i could have got food poisioning from lunch yesterday in palmy. can you get food poisioning on just vegies? as i ate everything scott did yesterday appart from lunch. Its either that or that stupid bug that goes around. Today i still feel eww. tried to eat some toast for breakie but my tummy is feeling eww again now. so i havent eaten anything since just trying to get my fluids up. I hate feeling like this totally!! it sucks
So thats my weekend so dont want to go to work tommrow infact if i still dont feel right i shouldnt huh.

300..

We went to the movies last night to see 300. A very good movie if you are into that kind of thing with fighting , blood and gore etc. and had some sexy man abs mmm hehe.
Today we went to palmy. Only stayed couple of hours to catch up with a friend who is going to aussie soon. She has a going away party tonight but since Scotts collar bone is screwed he didnt like the idea of sleeping anywhere else since he finds it hard to get comfy at night anyway. So we met her for lunch at aqaba. I chose a vegie dish it was ok could have been better though.
On the way home we stopped at the fish shop in parapram. Scott wanted to see if he had any mushrooms that were big as the stupid shrimp ate his other ones lol Hes a sneaky thing. Got some cool mushrooms and this worm thingee that leaches on to rocks. He kinda looks like intestines to me lol or a big turde lol
Bloody nice day here in Welly today. Heading out to Palmy it got shit by levin rain and in palmy overcast and fucking cold. Come back here and it still nice as. :) Yay for nice weather hope its like that tommrw as last couple of days in Welly been cold as and windy and wet.
hrm dinner time soon already!! we are having some chicken wrap thingees im going to try.
