Yup slack with this yet again. Week has been fulled with busy stuff at work and home. been organising xmas stuff with th kiddies. i should really take some photos of what ive done huh??
as well as fish tank stuff, trying to save scotts fish since something bad happend to his tank. so far two have died :( hpefully it all sweet now.
i am getting sick of all the fish shit around the place though at the moment and containers of water. but ahh well i guess ya just grin and bear it at times huh

Oh and today was my bosses bday. she is sneaky didnt tell no one. shouted morn tea which i just thought she is doing as normal as sometimes she does that
didnt find out till morn tea that it was by one of the staff. so i zipped out in my lunch break and got her a big bunch of flowers and choccies from us all. she kinda told me off but thanked me too where i told her not to be silly its her bday and she totally is ment to get a pressie !! lol

ah well time to go. im tired as usual and grumpy too a bit lol Scott is too i think lol ahh well. I blame stoopid heat at the mo. though shouldnt complain weather has been primo

My Clownfish
This avo i was moving some coral to another rock. Now everytime i put my hand in the tank, one of the clownfish hard out bite me, kinda hurts for such a lil thing.
Well today i went to put my hand in to move this coral right. and he kinda jumped out a bit of the water to bite me which he has done before. This time the stoopid thing jumped right and and landed on the carpet. shit it can fly lol
Meanwhile im cracking up but also screaming at scott to come and see while also panicing how to pick it up lol. I scooped it up placed it back in and then put my hand back in to move this coral. supisingly the fish left me alone lol
so yeh...

Dont really know what to type on here. At the mo ive been busy as with work etc. seems like same shit different day though!
Loving my weekends. This weekend has been quite good. got all my cleanning and washing out of the way so i dont have to do that sunday. laxed in the sun yesterday. it was gorgeous weather! started buying some lil things to put in Scotts mums xmas stocking. Wrote a list out of things to get family, now i just need to do the shopping which im dreading! Emailed my parents with a few ideas of things they could get me and what my bros could get me.
Now really all i need to do is write a list of some food to get for xmas day since everyone is coming here. i think my family is bringing a ham. we kinda gonna have a bbq with salads and things i think. and then of course triffle and all that for pudding hehe. i wish my freezer were bigger so can fit lots of meat in for xmas
Done usual fish shit this weekend as i do. my tank is looking pretty now...

Anyway thats me for now... think ill go and chill fold the washing from yesterday and figure out dinner.

woohoo bbq weather

woohoo bbq weather...awesome. Not that we are having one as need to get the gas bottle checked. I can smell the yummy aromas from the neighbours though. mmm bbq smell.
Tonight will be a slap up meal of wedges with melted cheese ham, onion etc.

Weekend has been pretty average. A nice end to a busy week i had. I actually didnt mind been busy too much though. It kept me on my feet and not bored or procrastinating as i tend to do sometimes.
Went out thursday and friday night which was nice. Dinner at mates and bite to eat and drink at a lil pub in tawa with a friend.

I cleanned the house big time yesterday from head to toe. it had gotten a bit messy due to busy week.
Scott got his dressings off his shoulder and hip on thursday and has to go back in four weeks time for xray and check up. Hes healing well and got a wicked scar, looks cool hehe.

right thats me, my tummy is rumbling think ill go start dinner, at an earlier time then what we used to.

Primo day

What a freaking primo day it is today, im loving it!!
Managed to get all the cleannig and shit out of the way this morn. Done the odd thing for Scott. Went out and about. Got choc sundaee on way home and a dvd and some munchies to watch later tonight.Scott suggested we get a dvd out to watch together, we actually havent done that in a while:)
I even lay in the sun for a bit. Thinking i really do need to get a new bikini like a good one that will last for a while! Not that id wear it in public yet showing my belly since im very self consious and all. But back yard bathing is great. Even if there is a breeze here in Welly dont really feel it in our yard cause its sheltered.! I am now enjoying a nice cold drink of the alcoholic type :D Great late afternoon :)

Well yesterday was a rather productive one! Flatty and I did most of the house with the rugdoctor bar the spare room, computer room and our room! I will never doubt the rugdoctor now its awesome well worth the money. I done all the stairs man my arms are sore from it lol and legs from crouching which is strange. I also done the weeding lol. I laugh as that is so not be to be out in the garden.
So im sore from it all today which sounds funny! I flagged going to the gym cause i was sore and absolutely trashed. didnt think id be soo tired on a monday!! I dont like mondays as it is!
My mum got me some tops from Aussie. so pissed off that i noticed a big ass rip in one when i went to put it on today. plus a little one is forming in the same place but on the other side of it if that makes sense. i am gonna send it to mum to see if she can do anything with it. I dont have a machine, even if i did i dont think id know how to lol. One thing on my list is to own a sewing machine one day though and try and make something!

Heya

Pretty relaxing yet busy weekend so far. I ran around yesterday doing odd things for scott as well as having to go to town to get bday pressie to give dad when they got back. (his bday was when they were in aussie).
I then went to sort out the sleeping arrangments for my parents and nana and realised i didnt have enough pillows as i thought. so whipped down to the good old warehouse and got 3 for bout $14!! So now i have lots of pillows in the house which is good.
I also done the washing, cooked dinner (chicken cordon bleau with wedges and salad), blew up the airbed for my parents and made that up in the lounge.
i tried to have a lil nap in the avo so i could stay awake till midnight. prob had an hour if that.
Watched movies, chatted online to mates to keep me awake.
Left bout 11.45 last night to pick up parents and nana from airport. pulled up in time to see their plane land. but of course had to wait bout 15-20min more by the time they got thru customs. they blamed nana as the sniffer dog decided he liked her bag lol so they had to search it lol which was funny.
Got home chatted for a bit where i gave dad his pressie and got a couple of tops and a big big bottle of midori from them which was nice. mum said she found it hard to find clothes over in melbourne that i would like. i think she likes the sydney shops better.
This morn i was up bout 8.30am. spent the morn chatting to parents and flicked through some photos they had taken of my cousin and her kids and some of the sites they went to...
They have not long left and its nearly mid-day here. they have to drop my nana off in levin before continuing on to the naki.

anyway my day is going to be filled with hiring a rugdoctor to clean the carpet as we have an inspection this week and its looking a bit messy. as well as doing stuff on scotts tank for him since he cant and relaxing at some stage as well as eat, ya know the usual.
i have to do work stuff but damnit left it at work last week so ahh well that counts that out.
i should really do some cross stitch that has been neglected for a long time now...

My new fish... I did have another one for like 3 weeks but didnt get a pic. We took him back and traded him for this one as he was picking on one of the other fish that i didnt want to die. Funny thing is he wasnt ment to pick on any fish as hes peaceful.

Well im not really sure what to report. Trying to think back what has happend...?
Labour weekned thats right. Scotts mum came to stay. She came on the thursday just after i had finished work. WE took her out to show her the fish shop we go to in Petone and then sat and had a coffee at queensgate shopping mall. no shopping though just looking since it was like 5pm and we were all tired.
The friday i had to work which was a bummer. but scott took his mum into porirua to the shopping complex there. poor scott apparently the spent the WHOLE day there lol. when i came home they were both laxing in the sun with yummy hummus and crackers and he looked buggered lol. Scott showed me here shoes she got and bits and pieces and the cool late bday pressie scott got her from us. its one of those small figure stands that holds ya jewerlly. I think we watched 300 with her that night cant remember.
Anyway the Saturday Scotts mum and me got up and chatted bout where to go in central for shopping...unfortunately she got a fone call at 9am to say someone had died. dont know if you guys heard bout the man who died in invercargill by the crane coming loose on the back of a truck and striking him in his ute killing him instantly? well long story but scotts mums brother (who died ten years ago) was married to the lady that was with that man if that makes sense. in other words she has lost two hubbys and is very much like family to scotts family :( was very sad and a big downer on the weekend. spent most of the day on the fone to organised flights and chatting to the other family. scotts mum felt bad even going into jville on the sunday to do a bit of shopping. but it cheered her up and she knew no one would want her to mope about.
took her to the airport on the monday.

Anyway ive come to know the welly airport quite well lol. I had half day last friday to take my parents and nana there. they flew out to melbourne lucky things. (have to pick them up next weekend at midnight :S)to see my big cuzzies who have kids. i then had to go back the sat avo to pick up scotts mum. and then wednesday just been (yesterday night) i went to see my mate and her bf and sister off. they were flying out to london(well to auck first) was very very sad but i managed to hold back tears as did she by the looks. i got her a lil pressie. an address book i found that is nz made nice and compact and it has paua shells on it. i wrote a lil note inside basically saying best of luck etc and my details and put two photos inside it. one of us and friends at her going away dinner and one with her, another friend and myself in it (we all grew up together went to school etc).
she was chuffed very much and promises to not be slack with emails and stuff. and shes on bebo so yay hope to see lots of pics.

took my car in yesterday to get rust fixed since it failed its warrent damnit!!
should be ready at 5pm so i best get ready to go get it. lucky im getting a ride as its raining here today but very muggy and warm.

Its only Wednesday??:S

Hey all just a quick note to say yeh im still here lol. I know i take ages to write in this thing!!
I am totally exhausted and its only Wednesday. I feel soo tired that you know when you dont seem with it? Also earlier on i had a spell where i felt all faint actually thought i was gonna pass out so lay down. arms and body felt all funny too and kinda like faint pins and needles feeling. this lasted for bout good 15mins id say, weird huh?

Anyway finally got the old tank out of the dinning room its sitting outside for me to scrub still. the weather hasnt been the greatest to get out and do it. So ive changed the dinning room around a bit cleanned up no fish stuff in that area anymore yay. i was getting sick of seeing fish shit on the table etc.. I even went out and bought some flowers to put in the vase on the table to brighten it up a bit. Iris's and pink carnations (sp)?

Scotts mum comes tommorw to stay for long weekend yay! should be fun shes cool. I think scott will enjoy the company tommrow from lunch time onwards and friday for when im at work. HOpe to have fun shopping, eating out etc with his mum.

Anyhow i better get this last bit of stuff i needa get done for work tommrow since i told the boss id do at home cause i was slack hehe. then its bedtime for me, im suprised ive lasted this long!!
Oh and i got a pay rise yay woohooo.
Dunno when ill get on here next since scott mum here but ya know im still around etc i will try come and read entries even if i dont write one up!!

New Pressie...

Hey guys heres an entry finally....

Firstly yay heres a pic of my new tank!!! Its soo cool and much smaller then my old one and tidyer i luv it. It sits in our lounge. the fish seem to love it .got a new fish too but havent got a pic as yet. This tank is my xmas pressie but im paying for some too as it cost a lil lol.


Today I spent taking out all the water of my old tank and all the sand. started scrubbing some parts outside under the hose. Am now waiting for James to get home so he can help me lift the tank out on to the lawn so i can scrub that. Then its up on trademe to finally get rid of the horrible thing yay.
I also popped out to find somethings for work i needed. Well i found one thing and also came home with something you will be proud of me for Heather :) Will get pics up soon, hopefully lol

Other then that the weekend has been spent, cleanning, washing and all that stuff. our dishwasher crapped out its leaking thank god the landlord pays for all that stuff. Just gotta get used to washing the dishes for once lol.

Scott is rather depressed and quiet lately. This damn shoulder is pissing him off and making him this way. Bring on the surgery!!!

Neglected gym..

Hey,

Heather your gym routine makes me feel tired just looking at it even if its not that much
I have neglected the gym this week :( been so busy this week, then tired, then sore (totally sore as side and back still after i wacked it at work on monday!!) so that kinda doesnt get me going. ive wanted to sit down before dinner anyway and get some of my teacher reg done, i have till like next monday or tuesday i think before my old boss comes in and marks them off. Time has just gone so fast and i kinda got behind in it oops.
Today at work was good. My day of been in charge. Very quiet day so i got some of the kiddies profiles down which have been neglected lately too due to not been able to get off the floor to do them.
Got home from work today, had a nice hot shower and then i sat and soaked my feet in my foot bath soooo good!!! i feel all relaxed and refreshed now, ready to do at least another section tonight on my teacher reg. then early night i think. i have been saying that all week but can never sleep, end up falling asleep in bed with the tele

Meeting with Surgeon

The meeting with the surgeon went well this morn. Scott now feels a sense of relief that something is going to be done to fix his pain. The surgeon basically looked at his xrays and other notes he had. Then gave him an examination poked and proded etc which Scott was totallly sore after but needed to be done so he knew stuff. It turns out Scotts broken collar not healing after so long is a rare thing to occur. The surgeon says by the xrays it looks as if its tried to heal with scar tissue around it. So he has another 40 days off work by the surgeon demands and that doesnt include surgery time. He has to wait till acc clear to give funding since we are going private. so he should be under the knife by end of oct early nov the surgeon said. then takes 8weeks after to heal.
They will have to make a cut by his collar bone and also his hip. take bone from his hip to put with his collarbone and then put a thin plate over top. So yeh it was really good. Surgeon really nice and was great he went over the surgery now too so Scott knew what to expect.

I didnt get to work till like 10am today so felt like a nice short day was great. I was gonna go to the gym but my back is really sore today, then to top it off of smacked my side into a shelf at work before i finished which totally left a big ass bruise and affect my back too. so im bit sore and tender, dumb thing to do eh lol.

This weekend kinda relaxing really which is how they should be. Spent some time in the new fish shop in petone once again lol i just like going to look at the cool fish and they have two cute dogs running around the store.
I got to hold a lil turtle too,to help me with my decision of getting one hehe. i want one some day. :P
Today woke up feeling soo tired still had a crap sleep cause scott was tossing and turning all night. and i hate this day light saving thing. will be cool when its warmer, bring out the bbq yay.
Was good and done some of my teacher reg today which i needa get done by next week to get marked off. ive been a bit slack and have got a bit to do, but ill get there. gonna do a lil more before bed.
Have to take scott tommrw morn to see the surgeon which will be good as will know whats happening. Prob will get surgery in like 3 weeks if he needs it which looks like he totally does! so yeh once its all done and hes fixed it will be great. be able to get out and do more like dinner, bowling stuff like that. sucks how he has his days hes sooo sore that doesnt wanna go anywhere.

Sore and lunch

Totally sore today from lifting those 20l containers yesterday fill with salt water. Infact my back is really sore :S.

Today was a nice day but an overcast day. Still great weather though and not cold. We went for lunch to a lady scott works with house. Nice bbq lunch with her and her husband and some of their mates. Pretty cool people and all into their bikes and things too so heard all the stories lol.
Didnt end up getting home till bout 3pm, where i done my usual fish tank stuff and then kinda blobbed on the couch where i still am. Feel like a lay down but know i wouldnt sleep tonight if i did. I should really pop some painkillers for my back though!

Im in one of those i know i should be doing something moods yet cant get up motivation to do anything! sometimes i just wish id fall asleep and wake up and things would be done!!
